Start with the audit. Allow about 30 minutes and answer for how the venue operates now not how you hope it works.

Use your results to choose what to fix first. Adapt the templates, hand over the responsibility, and test whether someone else can use the system without you.

Then build towards time away. Start with a day, learn what still comes back to you, and work towards a week when the venue is ready.
